Gay Events in Tampa & St Pete Back
This weekend is going to be over the top for parties and events in Tampa Bay.
The Gasparilla Softball Classic takes place in and around Ybor all weekend. That means you will see LOTS of people in uniform! Check out the parties at PLAY and Streetcar Charlie's.
Love Opera? Start the weekend with a great meal while opera singers perform at Donatello restaurant.
The Black Heritage Festival is this weekend for same-gender loving people of color. It runs all weekend with receptions, parties, movies and forums.
Check out FIT at Muvico Ybor on Saturday night. It is the TIGLFF movie of the month--but it is also a part of the Festival. It is sponsored by The Chelsea Nightclub (and the fabulous Nikki Ternon) who is then hosting a NO 2 H8 party afterwards.
Looking for some theater? Stageworks never disappoints. This time bring your Mom--for THE MOMologues.
THe big kahuna of parties takes place on Saturday night. Darlene Herrick brings back the iconic club FLIRT for just one night at CZAR in Ybor. They have dancers, aerialists, drag performances and MORE.
Of course, there is always Club Blur in Dunedin if you are in north Pinellas County. Great female inpersonation and dance parties on Friday night.
If your thing is more of the leather scene--check out Leathermen Rules on Sunday the 20th at the Chelsea.
Also on Sunday--the Flamingo will host Sunday T Dance in St Pete and you can catch a Motown Party at Chelsea in the eveneing.
