An arrest has been made in the murder of Ugandan gay rights activist David Kato. Nsubuga Enock confessed to the murder and said he did it because of a “personal disagreement.”
A Mexican beer company has launched a beer aimed at the LGBT community — a honey-flavored ale. So far, it comes in two different types of packaging, Salamandra and Purple Hand, recalling a famous 1969 gay-rights protest in San Francisco.
