Combining the restaurant talents of Mark and Bob Johnston of The Melting Pot, GrillSmith is making its mark on the Tampa Bay Area, becoming one of the area's most popular restaurants.
GrillSmith is a relaxed, refined, yet approachable restaurant that offers innovative and creative interpretations of classic American restaurant dishes that surprise the palate, engage the mind and excite the senses.
At the restaurant's bar, guests will find flat screen televisions and community seating that offers full menu service, and the outdoor dining experience also is important at GrillSmith. The restaurant features large patios with mist-circulating fans for the summer and outdoor heaters for the winter.
GrillSmith’s signature steaks include Chimichurri Steak, Center-Cut Sirloin, Rib-Eye and Filet Mignon, all made with Sterling Silver Premium Beef from the Midwestern high plains region in the heart of cattle country. Other featured dishes include Spicy Thai Shrimp, Crunchy Ahi Tuna, Wild Mushroom Meatloaf, Lemon Feta Chicken, Stoli Ravioli, Black Angus burgers and made-from-scratch key lime pie.
Brunch is served each Sunday from 10am to 3pm. Irresitable creations like Gasparilla Shrimp & Grits or Chocolate Hazelnut French Toast are just a couple of the delicious offerings. There are some new addition to the menu, like Banana Fosters Pancakes and the Smoked Gouda and Applewood Bacon Omelet.
