9. Language or images that violate the standards of good taste or the standards of this website, as determined by myQmunity.com in its sole discretion.
10. Content determined by MyQmunity.com to be illegal, or to violate any federal, state, or local law or regulation or the rights of any other person or entity.
11. Language intended to impersonate other users (including names of other individuals) or offensive or inappropriate user names or signatures.
12. Content that is not in English, that is encrypted or that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots or other computer programming routines that are intended to damage, interfere with, intercept or appropriate any system, data or personal information.

You agree that any legal action or proceeding between MyQmunity.com and you for any purpose concerning this Agreement or the parties' obligations hereunder shall be brought exclusively in a federal or state court of competent jurisdiction sitting in the county of Hillsborough in the State of Florida in The United States of America . Any cause of action or claim you may have with respect to the Service must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises or such claim or cause of action is barred.
